Thick Mica Sheet

Thick Mica Sheet
Product Description

Thick Mica Sheet is designed to offer a clean surface in varied EM applications. In addition, it is also used for carbon filming, particle spraying, and so on. This sheet can be availed in two different types that are muscovite and phlogopite. Muscovite can easily handle the maximum operating temperature of 600°C, whereas Phlogopite can be operated at the 900°C. The best part of this sheet can be easily peeled off in the dimension of 0.0001" uniform layers. Its unmatched thermal and electrical insulation properties make it perfect to be used in different applications such as construction of induction, high voltage, industrial sealing, heating elements, etc.

Features of Thick Mica Sheet or Thick Mica Plate:

  • Can easily withstand chemical effects
  • Low heat conductivity
  • High dielectric strength
  • Resistant to high temperatures and fire
  • Good high-voltage proof performance

90% high-grade Muscovite and Phlogopite mica paper is infused with silicone resin.
